The semi-annual spring meeting of the Advisory Board for the Corrosion Center was held
on March 8 & 9, 2007. With 28 members representing 16 companies attending the consortium, this was a record breaking event
(see photo). Our guest speaker for the event was Francois Huet of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, Paris,
France; his presentation was entitled “Electrochemical noise in corrosion and two-phase flow.” During the two day
event, 17 presentations were presented covering topics such as localized corrosion and passsive films.
